Track Studios works on any device with a modern web browser: • Operating System: Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+, iOS 12+, Android 8+, or Linux • Browser: Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, or Edge 90+ • Internet: Stable broadband connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended) • Audio Output: Built-in speakers, external speakers, or third‑party players via Streaming URL (.m3u) No special software installation required - everything runs in your browser.

1. Open your Track Studios dashboard and go to Settings → Streaming URL 2. Select the playlist you want and click "Generate URL" 3. Copy the URL 4. Open the Sonos app and go to Browse → TuneIn 5. Add the URL as a TuneIn favorite (or "My Radio Stations") 6. Go to Favorites in Sonos and start playback Tip: If you want to play in the web dashboard again, disable the URL in Settings.

Yes. Track Studios supports external playback via a unique Streaming URL (.m3u). You can add this link to compatible players (including Sonos via TuneIn) to play your venue's music outside the web player.

1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Ads 2. Click "Upload Ad" or drag and drop your audio file 3. Supported formats: MP3, WAV, M4A (max file size: 50MB) 4. Name your ad file for easy identification 5. Set the interval (how often ads play between tracks) - minimum 1 minute, maximum 180 minutes 6. Click "Save" to activate You can upload up to 3 ad files per location. Ads will automatically play between tracks based on your interval settings.

Track Studios pricing is simple: • €25 per month per location • One account = one playback source • 7-day free trial Example: If you have 3 locations, you'll pay €75/month total.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.

Go to Settings > Billing and open the Stripe billing portal. You can cancel there and your subscription remains active until period end.

We retry payments automatically. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be paused. Contact support@trackstudios.io if you need help.
