How do I set up Track Studios for my venue?
- Create an account and log in at trackstudios.io/register.
- Connect a device to your sound system via audio cable or Bluetooth.
- Open the Track Studios dashboard and pick a playlist.
- Start streaming.
For Sonos: Generate a Streaming URL in Settings → Streaming URL, then add it to Sonos via TuneIn.
What are the system requirements?
Any modern browser on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. For external players use the Streaming URL (.m3u).
- Internet: stable broadband (min 5 Mbps recommended)
- No software installation required — everything runs in your browser
How do I connect Sonos speakers?
Track Studios streams in MP3 format, fully supported by Sonos via TuneIn.
Before you start:
- A free TuneIn account
- The TuneIn app on iOS or Android
- TuneIn added as a service in the Sonos app
Step 1 — Add your streaming URL to TuneIn Favorites
- Open
Settings → Streaming URLin Track Studios and copy your URL. - Open the TuneIn app and log in.
- Add a custom radio station URL to your Favorites.
- Confirm it appears under
Library → Favoritesin TuneIn.
Step 2 — Play in Sonos
- Sonos app (iOS / Android / Web): Home → Your services → TuneIn → Favorites → select your station.
- Sonos S1: Browse → TuneIn → Favorites → select your station.
Can I use Track Studios with third-party players?
Yes. Track Studios supports external playback via a unique Streaming URL (.m3u). Add this link to compatible players — including Sonos via TuneIn — to play your venue's music outside the web player.
How do I add custom ads or announcements?
- Go to
Dashboard → Settings → Ads. - Click "Upload Ad" or drag and drop your MP3 file.
- Name your ad for easy identification.
- Set the interval — minimum 1 minute, maximum 180 minutes.
- Click "Save" to activate.
Up to 3 ad files per location. Ads play automatically between tracks. Delete an ad by clicking the delete icon next to it.
How do I manage multiple locations?
- One account = one playback source (one type of music at a time).
- Add locations in
Settings → Locations. - Invite staff to specific locations.
Each location is billed separately at €25/month.
The music isn't playing — what should I do?
- Check your internet connection — make sure it's stable.
- Check browser volume — not muted in the dashboard, system volume up.
- Check browser permissions — allow autoplay in browser settings.
- Clear cache and cookies, then log in again.
- Try a different browser (Chrome recommended).
If issues persist, use Settings → Self Test to diagnose and contact support@trackstudios.io.
Can I use Track Studios on mobile devices?
Yes. Track Studios works on smartphones and tablets (iOS Safari / Chrome, Android Chrome / Firefox). For initial setup we recommend a desktop — mobile is ideal for day-to-day playback control.
