Track Studios provides a digital music streaming service intended for use as background music in commercial environments, such as (but not limited to) stores, hotels, restaurants, bars, gyms, offices, and similar venues.
The Service is offered exclusively to business customers. By using the Service, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a legal entity or business.
Track Studios provides access to curated playlists and audio streams (“Content”). The available Content may change over time, and Track Studios does not guarantee that specific tracks, playlists, or categories will remain available.
Content descriptions (such as genres or moods) are provided for convenience only and may not always be accurate.
Use of the Content is subject to a separate music license agreement, either between you and Track Studios or between Track Studios and one of its licensing partners. Such agreement governs your right to publicly perform and use the music.
