How do I set up Track Studios for my venue?
- Create an account and log in.
- Connect a device to your sound system.
- Open the web dashboard and pick a playlist.
- Start streaming.
For Sonos: Generate a Streaming URL in Settings → Streaming URL, then add it to Sonos via TuneIn (requires a free TuneIn account).
What are the system requirements?
Any modern browser on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux. For external systems, use the Streaming URL (.m3u).
How do I connect Sonos speakers?
Track Studios streams in MP3 format, fully supported by Sonos via TuneIn.
Before you start:
- A free TuneIn account
- The TuneIn app on iOS or Android
- TuneIn added as a service in the Sonos app
Step 1 — Add streaming URL to TuneIn Favorites
- Open
Settings → Streaming URLin Track Studios and copy your URL. - Open the TuneIn app and log in.
- Add a custom radio station URL to your Favorites.
- Confirm it appears under
Library → Favoritesin TuneIn.
Step 2 — Play in Sonos
- Sonos app: Home → Your services → TuneIn → Favorites → select your station.
- Sonos S1: Browse → TuneIn → Favorites → select your station.
How do I add custom ads or announcements?
- Go to
Dashboard → Settings → Ads. - Click "Upload Ad" or drag and drop your audio file.
- Supported formats: MP3, WAV, M4A (max 50 MB).
- Set the interval — minimum 1 minute, maximum 180 minutes.
- Click "Save" to activate.
Up to 3 ad files per location. Ads play automatically between tracks.
How do I manage multiple locations?
- Add locations in
Settings → Locations. - Name each location (e.g. "Main Bar", "Outdoor Patio").
- Invite staff to specific locations.
- Switch between locations from the dropdown.
Each location is billed separately at €25/month.
How do I invite staff members?
- Go to
Dashboard → Settings → Users. - Click "Invite User" and enter the email address.
- Select which locations they can access.
- Choose permission level: Manager (full control) or Staff (playback only).
- Click "Send Invitation".
The music isn't playing — what should I do?
- Check your audio output device in
Settings → Audio Output. - Verify your internet connection is stable.
- Make sure the browser allows autoplay.
- Check that system volume is not muted.
- Clear browser cache and cookies, then log in again.

How do I change my password?
- Log in and click your profile icon (top right).
- Select "Account Settings".
- Click "Change Password" and follow the steps.
